Episode 17: Does Reputation Matter?

A quote from the infamous Warren Buffett: "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently." 

Your reputation is a key and crucial part of your character. Establishing who you are, what you bring to the table, and how you navigate to hit your goal, are some basic qualities that assist in building your reputation. You don't build a reputation without developing character. Your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.
